Benzodiazepine Survey Three - Recovered
The purpose of this survey is to collect statistical information from people who have completed their withdrawal from benzodiazepines or Z-drugs and consider themselves to be recovered or just about recovered. Please complete this survey if you are recovered or just about recovered - note if you only have a few minor symptoms that are not causing you major problems and you considered yourself close to recovered you would fall into this group. Please ensure that you have felt about recovered for at least 6 weeks before completing this survey - this is to avoid collecting recovery information from people who are 'just' experiencing a window in their recovery.
