PURPOSE OF THE SURVEY
In order to fully understand the needs and challenges for Research Institutes, our group has designed this survey to carry out a sector wide analysis. The data will be analysed and a report will be produced identifying current practice with regards to training, mobility, lifelong learning and CPD (Career Progression and Development). Conclusions and recommendations on how interaction can be improved, in particular with AQUA-TNET (ww.aquatnet.com) will be disseminated across the network to identify gaps in training provision and improve the skills base. Your answers to our questions will be of great value in evaluating and improving the provision of generic and specific skills training in the aquaculture, fisheries, marine science and management sectors.
