1. Seattle Base currently meets on the third Wednesday of the Month at 7 PM at VFW Post 2995 in Redmond WA except for December when the meeting is superseded by the Annual Christmas Lunch.  How many meetings have you attended in the past 12 months?
      
 
 
 
2. Some members do not attend meetings in the winter period because they do not want to be on the road when it is dark.  There has been some discussion about shifting the winter meetings because of the early darkness problem.  Should we shift the winter meetings (Oct-Mar) to a Saturday during the day?
      

 
 
 
3. Are you likely to attend winter-time meetings if held on the 3rd Satuday of the month during the day?
      

 
 
 
4. The general format of our meetings is as follows & usually runs 1.5 to 2 hours.
1.  Pre-meeting social time runs about a hour prior to meeting start.
2.  After opening formalities, old business is covered, base officer reports are given, and new business is proposed and discussed.
3.  Mid meeting break (usually-15 minutes)
4.  Meeting Main Topic and Speaker (usually 20-30 minutes)
5.  Good of the order announcements and comments.
6.  End of meeting formalities
7.  50-50 drawing 
8.  Close
