Thank you for taking the time to respond to our survey, the results of which will be used to help set the priorities for making facilities available at the new Cottenham Community Centre. The survey should take less than 5 minutes to complete and whilst most of the questions relate directly to facilities planned within the Centre, there are some question that relate to general facilities in the village.

One lucky respondant will be 'drawn from a hat' to recieve a years free membership subscription at the close of the survey in August 2009.
