  The primary goal of Generate Sturgis is to create new jobs and foster an entrepreneurial culture. This survey will help us to understand and provide the entrepreneurial and small business support services you need.

An incubation program is any combination of services and facilities that assist businesses from start-up to full sustainability, typically a three year process. Incubator programs can operate in a building or can operate virtually by providing services without a facility.

Incubator services include connecting entrepreneurs with specialized professionals (accountants, attorneys, consultants, etc.), community partners, industry partners, and each other; and provide training, one-on-one consulting, seminars, mini-courses, and workshops.

Incubator facilities offer space and equipment; a potentially reduced rent that is offset by sharing space and equipment; and an incubator manager who provides general business advice, mentoring, and coaching to those businesses housed in the facility.
