With over 30 years of experience partnering with nonprofit organizations, philanthropy, and government we bring breadth of skill and expertise to every consulting engagement we undertake. Our consulting work focuses on these areas: Leadership Development of Executives, Management Teams and Boards of Directors; Executive Transitions and Succession Planning; and Strategy bringing a holistic approach to nonprofit finance, fund development and business and strategic planning.

Our consulting fees are based on an hourly rate of $150 for organizations with an annual budget under $3million and $190 for organizations with an annual budget of $3million or more.
