  Ministry and Social Service professionals often find themselves unprepared for the business aspects of managing a Parish, or taking on the administrative responsibilities required for promotional opportunities. Preparing and managing a budget; banking and cash management; financing building projects; understanding employment laws; tackling health care and other benefit plans; understanding a financial statement or authorizing a 990 report for the IRS are all skills that are required to run a not-for-profit business but are often not part of a traditional theological or social service degree. In an attempt to create a supplemental set of courses or degrees to assist these vocations, the following survey was created.
