  This survey is for residents of Ontario that are fans of country music. This survey is to provide information that will help develop and promote country singers, songwriters, and musicians in Ontario.

Some basic definitions and assumptions are:
All acts are based/from Ontario, and are basically identified as country music acts.

Major Act:
-Signed to a Major Label
-Distribution or Management Company eg: Shania Twain

Independent Act:
-Signed to a Distribution or Major Management Company eg: Road Hammers, Jason McCoy, Jason Blaine.

Unsigned Act:
-Not signed with any major label, distribution, or management company. eg: Too Drunk to Fish Band, Mike Hayes and Hogtown; Lorraine Davies
