The time it will take to complete this survey will vary depending on whether you took part in a drama workshop and whether you completed a paper survey when you saw Rattle & Roll. It should take between 5 - 15 minutes to complete.
Your answers are confidential. We will use the collated data from this survey in reports, such as our evaluation report on Rattle & Roll and our annual review. We may quote individual comments, however these will be attributed to "an audience member" or "a workshop participant".
