15. In other countries, there are talent management programmes to groom people with interest and talent for animation. These people are taught by professionals to create their own animation, using state-of-the-art technology and are given opportunities to break into the animation scene. This provides them a chance to showcase their talent, and maximise their potential to the fullest.
