Anxiety Treatment Group - This group is for participants who wish to gain a better understanding of how anxiety affects their functioning. Participants will learn more about how thoughts, feelings, and behaviors intertwine to maintain symptoms.  Participants will learn methods of combatting negative thought patterns while gaining support from others experiencing similar issues.

Depression Treatment Group - Participants will learn about depression, set personal goals, and then work to achieve those goals. The goals will relate to establishing a regular sleep pattern, engaging in pleasurable activities, regulating mood, altering negative self-talk, changing depression-generating beliefs, and controlling obsessive  thinking. They will select and examine events in their lives to set behavior change goals to work toward at their own pace in order to produce desired outcomes.

Marriage/Relationship Enhancement Group - Married, but want to learn how to make your relationship the best it can be? Considering getting married, engaged, or in a serious relationship and afraid things will fizzle after you make the big commitment? Relationship Enhancement leads couples through a structured process designed to help enhance your relationship by (1) realistically assessing your relationship; (2) exploring important topics you might otherwise avoid; (3) developing communication and conflict resolution skills; and (4) becoming aware of important issues that need to be addressed for developing a thriving marriage that lasts for a lifetime.

Bi-Polar Treatment Group - Living with bipolar disorder can be challenging and having a solid support system in place can make a huge difference. Participating in a bipolar disorder therapy group gives the opportunity to share experiences and learn from others who know what you're going through. Typically, the bipolar treatment group is adjunctive with individual therapy for individuals coming from a more intensive level of services OR as a standalone/stepdown to individuals who had been in attending multiple weekly sessions.

Teen Intervention Program Group (Parents & Teens) - Nearly every teenager rebels against authority at some point - talks back, breaks curfew, or disobeys. But literally millions of teens go beyond normal adolescent rebellion to engage in behaviors that are dangerous, harmful, and demanding of an intervention. If you have one of those teens, you've probably heard tons of advice and solutions, none of which has led to lasting change.  Dr. Rodman has a breakthrough model of working with youth and families that will finally get a permanent, positive pathway to reestablish authority and reclaim love with even the most difficult teenager. Utilizing a treatment model gleaned from a four-year research study, Dr. Rodman uses a combination of solution, strategic, and structural-family therapy focused approaches to bring about improvements in extreme behavioral problems in adolescents.  Dr. Rodman uses an approach that puts parents back in a position of authority and teaches parents proven methods to keep teens on track.

Anger Management Treatment Group - If you're dealing with anger issues, anger management services with a trained professional can help you learn to control your temper and how to stay calm when your anger level elevates. Together with your counselor, you will get to the root of what is causing your anger, analyze it, and work on eliminating the cause.

Medication Assisted Treatment Group (Suboxone) - We greatly value the progress that is made when combining group therapy with medication assisted treatment as part of a treatment plan. We create a safe and open environment where individuals are able to openly speak about their progress and share with others struggling with addiction. Both struggles and successes can be openly discussed to help individuals stay on track toward long-term recovery. Meeting state prescribing requirements and patients need for support in recovery, combining both medication and therapeutic activity together we create an all-inclusive approach that gives individuals the tools to achieve success.

Adult Substance Abuse Recovery Group -This group is for adults who are concerned about their substance use behaviors and have a desire to change. Members are encouraged to set personal goals for their recovery based on the stages of change model. The focus is on supporting the internal motivations to change and personal accountability.

Adolescent Substance Abuse Recovery Group -This group is for Adolescents who are concerned about their substance use behaviors and have a desire to change.
