  Welcome to the 2013-2017 Harris County Consolidated Plan Survey!

Every five years, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development requires Harris County to create a Consolidated Plan that describes the nature of community development and housing projects to sponsor in the coming years. In order to develop goals and objectives that reflect the needs of the County, we collect information through this survey process, as well as future community meetings and focus groups.
